Armor should be simple - and ES should be complicated to match "class fantasy"

I think this is how armor works in poe 2 (also in poe 1) is over - complicated and not deep and FOR THE MOST IMPORTANT THING it doesn't fit the character's theme.

Warriors who use armor as a defensive and health layer must stack an unknown number of layers

and mages should have more complex defense mechanics because it suits the magician's fantasy.

The moment when a warrior needs conversion to conversion from conversion - then add fortifications and blood and sand (in example of poe 1, but we are going to poe 1 style of armor clearly.... How much of this can be done? This is a pointless complication of something that in the case of a warrior -

STACKING HP AND ARMOR should be a fantasy of playing a character.

but no... warriors have to use 4000% of their brain to "survive" anything and mages use one cell in their brain to hit all the ES nodes to have 20k ES (or hp when convert ES to HP)...

Even in poe 1 the best method to build HP is STACKING ES and converting it to HP.

Everything is against melee in this game. Even when you enter act 2 and 3, there is no melee vendor, but of course there is one with staffs,, sceptres... but never mind, because that's not the topic.

Chris and Johanthan are definitely a mage player characters with 0 "fantasy" for warriors. Making a life of a warrior-themed characters a over-complicated where you stack 10 layers of defenses to add 3 auras, to add stance, to convert armor to elemental to convert elemental to be able to reduced by armor to apply ES and scale them to HP...
it's so pseudo intellectual in my eyes when mages can just get their hands on ES - simply just picking ES nodes.

When it's Warrior fantasy (berserkers, warriors, knights i mean general melee physical char - to Be hulking piece of muscled meat with ton of HP and HP regen to defy those gods with bare fist and coated only in that boar fur. Beating the gods to a burger balls and eat them like it's cosmic burger full of protein. (For now we are siting in math room calculating our defenses with our nerd glasses on our nose when some fragile sorceress just face-tank pine-apple bosses)

also warriors should be able to stack HP and armor as a real defensive mechanic and not we have mages that have 2x the HP pool and mages with 20k ES and the same amount of hp like titan/warbringer.

My bulky warrior brothers! anyone agree with me?

it's not simple. Clearly you paid a lot but doesn't played a lot.

ES - stacking only ES
Armor- Armor + fortify + blood and sand + conversions for elements + conversions of phys to elements, then converts conversions for conversions to work it - add low life -> and you have the life like a mage who stacked simply ES.
And poe 2 clearly goin with defences to be like poe 1 - beside the fact mages have 20k ES + the same amount of life like str characters.
