Storm weaver Ascendancy nodes need re-arranging

the node that says "all damage can cause shock" seems to be in an odd spot.

Because if you want "all" damage to shock, that implies you will use a damage other than lightning, and not be using lightning.

But, because you get the other node first, "can apply 2 shocks" but your damage cannot shock unless you use lightning at that point, so you cannot use other elements, and you have to change your build when you get this node? It just seems wrong.

and elemental storm needs to move around the battlefield
