Ancient Vows BUG - You can instert relics into wrong act medallion then no drop for proper act.

I mistakenly ended up in act 2 instead of act 4 and inserted the relics to form the medallion but it did nothing.

They went in, but no quest completion and now the relics wont drop again in act 4.

Anyone else run into this and find a fix ?

How do you contact GGG to get things like this resolved ?

encountered similar bug just 5 mins ago.
Joined a public party, and hunt for waypoint + quest medallion.
After insert 2x relic, BUG = no option to select quest reward.

If your bug is you cant place the relics. Hold Alt then place the relics. Find the replacement of alt in controller for Playstation.
