I think "Rondel of Fragility Lunar Amulet" buged my character

I have noticed that my elemental resistances are suspiciously low. I was wearing Rondel of Fragility Lunar Amulet that is supposed to lower ele res by 30 but it was way too low. So i took everything i was wearing down and it turns out that my base ele res is set to -30 even without amulet! I noticed that after i beat lizard guy mini boss who drops fire resistance consumeable, it did nothing. I dont have anyting that could cose that effect on the skill tree eather. I blame the amulet but i cant be sure. All ele res i have acquired along the way is gone too :^(

In Path Of Exile 1 and now in POE2 you ends the campain with -30% All Elemental Res (-10 at each end of Acts) no bug here
