Trial of Chaos bug/game crash (reproduced 3 times)

In Trial of Chaos, the room where you need to retrieve Vaal stones to the altars.

-Always the one you can encounter between room 4 and 7.
-There's 1 stone up before the elevator and 2 stones down the elevator.
-Couldn't click the ones down (tooltip/name not appearing when hovering with your cursor as well)
-Went back up (using elevator)
-Picked up the Vaal stone (this is the only one you can click)
-When you get back just before the elevator the game crash (and kicks you out of your trial)!
-I've been able to reproduce this 3 times over ~5 runs
