Cultist Bows do not work

Almost everything about the Cultist Bow base does not work. The prefix pool is almost all useless (Added/percent phys does not contribute to the base damage), and increased ele does not contribute to chaos. The generic suffixes do work but those affixes are generically good (Bow attacks fire additional arrows, crit/dmg, attack speed, + level to proj). Finally, quality does nothing as the base damage is chaos and % phys does not contribute to it.

As it is right now, this bow is an unfortunate bait pickup for anyone who is planning to play chaos/poison bow skills, as it shows a promising start (a bow that has chaos damage as base) but underneath the hood there is zero room for scaling said damage.

Suggestion: Make the phys to chaos convert a final damage conversion (so the base damage conversion synergizes with quality/mods), or if that is going to be too strong, at least add a mod pool to scale chaos damage.

Chao damange in cultist bow is not scaled with element dmg%/phycial dmg%, so why don't I use phycial dmg bow?
It is a joke.

chaos skills/attacks can be scaled with passive skill, in scorrser & monk, but ranger can't find any chao passive skill, I am confused about this.
Yeah, seems like the chaos bows should have an inherent bias towards added chaos damage and increased chaos damage rather than physical or elemental.
