Increase "Magnitude" of Jagged Ground - what does it mean?

There is a passive that goes like this = "22% increased Magnitude of Jagged Ground you create".

My first thought is that this passive strictly buffs the "slow" debuff created by Jagged Ground right? It's not going to increase secondary effects like from the shockwave totem jagged ground eruption damage?
