Breach - Survival Questions

Breach I love it cause I can't beat it haha. I'm currently running T14/T15 maps trying to Breach but ever since start of mapping my spark stormweaver and my galvanic shards gemling, both really struggle with breach encounters I get what I think is pinned and/or stunned and can't dodge roll out of mobs into open spaces. I get swarmed by them, sometimes pushed into a wall / obstacle and literally can't move. I'm thinking blink might help here but wondering if others have any tips, gears, nodes or stats I should build towards to make this easier.

I do spark also. I have had the same problem you are taking about with being pinned and just cant do anything. Now when i start the breach, i put down my firewall and orb and just spam spark. It seems like if I chase the breach thats when i get pinned so I dont chase it anymore. If they come they will be zapped if not they live on till the next breach.

I feel your pain. Maps with corridors make breaches easier because the enemies get funneled from one direction. Less loot but you stay alive.

I just discovered Omen of Resurgence. Survivability just went through the roof lol for breaches and other content. With this gives me enough time to kill some those critters before death. Feels like a cheat code. Will give it a test run haha.

never use dodge roll in breaches , if you have to dodge roll you already lost.
its super slow and you will get swarmed , and 20 status effect on your feet.

the only way to play breach is to explode whole screens at all times.
if you cant make your build do that , then maybe try expedition .

Haha was trying to use the omen, did a map with boss, rituals and breaches.... T15 rare map.... and I didn't die lol but my omen never triggered lol.... first t15 breach complete woohoo... Yeah your right unless I am spamming and not moving breaches end up killing me so I make sure I am spamming before I enter a breach now with orb, spark and flame wall seems to have done the trick.

Nice man, glad it worked out. I think the reason this is happening is because some of the mobs are overtuned for speed. Its not that im not pumping out enough damage it just seems that a few mobs are super fast and they "seem" like they are not getting hit by the spark and next thing you know they are right in your face and you cant get away.

I see this on some other maps too, where the mobs are just weirdly fast.

Highly recommend the omen of resurgence, not the most costly not entirely cheap either on currency exchange for about 8.9E, but gives me confidence on surviving a bit longer. Allows me to freely do some harder challenges without the fear of dieing. Can imagine in HC mode this is king as an item right now.
