Trade cancelled / Player is currently busy

Hi,

Every time I zone to another player's area to buy an item from them I have this experience. I am not certain about the seller's experience, but on my side, I see "That player is currently busy" on any of my attempts to initiate trade, and I presume it is the same on the seller's side.

I will sometimes see a "Trade cancelled" message appear in my chat if the seller attempts to trade. If I see "Trade cancelled", sometimes I can attempt to initiate trade and the trade window opens, but unless enough time has passed, I see "That player is currently busy."

I know it seems crazy but it seems the trade window will only open if some combination of attempts to trade have occurred, and at least around 60 seconds have passed since I zoned into the area.

I have no issues selling when people come to my hideout to buy things, but this happens to me every single time I zone to another player's area to buy.

Never mind, I'm a clown, I didn't check my notifications settings. Somehow trade notifications were disabled!
