Supporter Pack on wrong account

Hi,
i have contacted the support multiple times since early december (8 december) with no answers yet via mail + message from this website. I have bought the 60 $ supporter pack via steam (since i had a steam account) but i received the pack on the wrong account. Can you you guyz tell men, is there another way to contact support ? Thx. is a complete waste of time anything submitted to support they will drag on by any means just to say they answer an email by the thousands to bring down their backlog with no help and then come back and say no cannot be done after they have reassured you they will be able to help in the first messages is wild.
