PLEASE HELP! Bug with Frost Bomb and Cold Snap

Logged on today and Frost Bomb and Cold Snap DO NOT work. They were unassigned from my keys and I am unable to even select them. Build doesnt work that well without these skills. I have the required level and INT stat to use these skills and did not modify anything from my last log in so I dont understand what happened.

UPDATE:

I had to use another uncut skill gem to make another skill and I was able to reequip the skill. Pretty sure this is a bug.

Same thing happened to me, I created the same skill again it worked but it's only 2 slot so I equipped the broken skill again and it broke the new skill stone also.... this game become unplayable to me until its fixed. Not worth my time to level another char again for now
