Bug Issue: undetected controller crashed the game (Trial of sekhemas)

Hi
While I was doing the 3rd ascencion of trial of sekhemas with a friend, an interface popped up telling me my controller was not detected. After pressing the key A of my controller, it logged me out. Would you know the reasons? And would it be possible to send me a new barya trial for the 3rd ascencion please?
