If you are talking about the no hit sanctum , "wow a temporalis dropped" crash on purpose and do again... how would that result in the exact same item dropping over and over? From what I was SHOWN it was a troll TCPIP disconnect and a edit.

You trade your temporalis before killing last boss, then u make the instante crash and u will be rollback outside the boss, you can dupe any item not just temporalis, look it up its already in reddit

posted a tweet from sirgog and a reddit post, it seems there is really a rollback exploit.

sirgog is pretty reputable in regards to this.
