PoE 2 needs an immediate developer action
I love the devs, I really do and trust them with all my heart. But I can definetely say that, releasing the one of the most anticipated game of all time before the long holiday vacation was a mistake. You guys could easily wait til first week of Jan, all freshed up, everyone working on the game like usual.
With so many problems right now, we needed that developer action so badly. Sure this is Early Access but we are all here spending our time to play the game and enjoy. Every big problem right now within the game ruins everything. Yes this is season based game but it doesn't justified that it stayed abandoned for few weeks now. Like I said, we all paid for the game, we all love the game, we all want to enjoy the game every season. They created a beautiful arpg for majority of people asked for but currently we are having big issues and those are; - Magic Find ruining the game and creating an unfair balance for softcore. MF ruining the fun of finding a rare currency or farming them for days. When you get a divinity orb right now, you don't feel anything because there are so many people who already farmed 200-300+ with MF. - Some people found an exploit with instance, now creating a lot of Temporalis and selling them for divinity orb. This has been reported to devs but since they are on vacation, we see no response. - Tons of people getting hacked and this is suspected by data breach withing the game, which requires a developer action as soon as possible. - Builds that are playing like path of exile 1 builds. Their animation looks so bad when attacking it literally screams it does not even belong to poe2. - On-Death effects everywhere, caster monster who dies yet their casted skills are still going on and cause you to dead. - Loot filters does not work online so people on consoles and geforce now literally cannot play in end game. There are many more problems that could easily get fixed if the developers were working on the game, they could take immediate action. I really think they deserved every single second of their vacation, they did but I really wished the launch was delayed so the game could be way more enjoyable and less problamatic for us right now. You know what Early Access mean ?

EA (along with holidays) does not mean that acc hacking should be left unanswered.
Also, machination/dupe are the issues that should be answered ASAP. So, in terms of task management we have 1 crucial security breach (blocker level bug) and one mayor. |

" This is a valid question regarding most complaints here. A total lack of communication for more than two weeks, however, is really not that great a move. The last news item on the website is now more than two weeks old. That not much has HAPPENED since is kinda OK. That no news post whatsoever has appeared, neither related to PoE1 nor 2, is really a bit of a let down. Bird lover of Wraeclast

It's Christmas/New Year Holidays - there's certainly issues, some very concerning ones that's for sure...
- account hacking/compromising - RMT - item duping - crafting exploits However, as mentioned it's the Holidays, people deserve some time and GGG is made up of people. Judge them on their response as they come back in to the office. |

Data breach is concerning, everything else is literally a non issue as far as holidays are concerned and I'm sure GGG is looking to address player concerns and the aforementioned big elephant in the room in short order soon.
