Loot dropping on tiles that can't hold loot
I've gotten to 90 twice now and I've taken the time to personally test this and I think I've found two separate instances where loot basically gets lost.
1) If you kill rare or unique mob up against terrain that you can't walk on 2) If you kill a rare or unique mob that's directly on the tile next to you I think what *might* be happening is the loot is supposed to be distributed in a certain pattern upon monster death... Instead of moving the loot to another tile that is capable of holding loot I think it's attempting to drop the items on tiles not capable of holding loot which results in the loot disappearing. The patch notes from a week or so ago said rare mobs are always supposed to drop 1 yellow item now, but I noticed sometimes I will only get 1 blue or white item upon killing a rare mob in a juiced T16 map... which doesn't seem right. I think the two instances I laid out may be the cause of this or at least hopefully points someone in the right direction! You can test this by killing rare mobs that are right up against you OR by moving the mob up against water or a rocky tile... Last bumped on Jan 1, 2025, 10:08:52 AM
