Lost item after imbuing and returning to Waystone w Breach

Might be a coincidence, might be bad luck, but worth reporting just incase.

I was doing a Waystone w Breach, I hadn't started the Breach.
I portaled out to purchase an amulet off a player, I got it, imbued it, equipped it and re-joined my Waystone. I started the Breach event and a few seconds later the game froze. I had to Alt+F4 to get out.

On restarting I was back in my hideout and no portals were open to rejoin the Breach but I'd lost the Amulet - it was as if I had been rolled back before I left to purchase the amulet.
I don't know where the imbued amulet ended up - maybe with the guy I bought it from or it's lost in the ether somewhere!

Encountered the same bug.
And apparently people are abusing it to force rollbacks when crafting/vaaling expensive items. So definitely something they need to look into fast now the holidays are over.

Another freeze in a breach waystone, no trading done recent to this so I suspect it's something Breach related causing it.
The strange thing is that the game is still running, I can still cheek my inventory and all other functions but the waystone instance has just locked up.

I haven't AltF4'd out yet, gonna wait and see if anything happens for a few minutes.

EDIT: As soon as I hit reply the game logged me out and put me back to the server selection screen. I logged back in and it is the same as the earlier crash - back in my hideout and the instance portals are gone.
