Hexblast detonates only once when multiple curses applied.
In Path of Exile 2, the skill Hexblast can be cast on cursed enemies to remove curses and trigger an explosion. According to the video description, "if an enemy has multiple curses, Hexblast detonate all of them". However, at present, when multiple curses are applied, Hexblast only detonate once while removing all curses. Logically, based on the skill's description, if an enemy has two curses, Hexblast should detonate twice, potentially dealing double damage—but it doesn’t. Currently, two curses are removed, but damage is calculated for only one, making builds that rely on stacking multiple curses—builds I enjoy—ineffective and disappointing. Hopefully, this is a bug that will be fixed, ensuring that multiple curses correspond to multiple detonations on a single target, as implied by the original video description.
Edited: Also there is a bug: if you hold down the skill cast button and perform a dodge roll (in demonform) without releasing the skill button, sometimes Hexblast wont casts at the mouse cursor and continues to cast at its last location instead. When fighting a large number of enemies, it can be easy to miss that your skill is no longer casting at the location indicated by the cursor, leaving you confused about why you're being killed instead of dealing damage. I play a 3-curse build as well, however, Hexblast often only removes a single curse for me, with the two other curses still being applied. Hexblast has been very inconsistent due to that as well. Sometimes however, it seems to work.
