Wonder if this is a bug with the Body Armor

Not sure if this is a bug or not. I couldn't find anything in my build that would cause the issue. The Kraken Suit has less ES but more % increase ES vs the Dire Hide has less % increase to ES but has more overall ES. Check out the picture provided.

Base ES of Expert Hexer's Robe is 184.

(184 + 21) x 1.2 (quality) x 2.72 (increases) = 669.12 ES


Base ES of Expert Keth Raiment is 153.

(153 + 21) x 1.2 (quality) x 2.82 (increases) = 588.816 ES

Thank you for the respond! I didn't know the base value for either piece. One was given to me and the other was crafted on but already had ES mods on it.
