Trial master door is not working

I fought with trial master on 75 level Ultimatum and lost. When i completed another Ultimatum 10 floors (75 level also), the door to trial master was not working. There was no place to insert key fragments. i Have ai picture of this, dont know how to upload

happened to me right now too

found a workaround: If you go back to the start to put your stuff away go through all 10 zones and back to the door with the fragments and you can put them in. Just takes a while to run through every zone again... lol
