Dear [Game Developers/Support Team],

I'm writing to express my concern about a serious issue with lightning damage in the game. In the past few hours, I've been killed three times by a single lightning strike, despite having a high level of armor and resistance.

Here's a breakdown of the situations:

First death: Killed by a trash mage using Storm Call.
Second death: Killed by a bug with electric damage.
Third death: Killed by a lightning storm from a box.
I'm currently level 93 with 99% armor, 20190 armor rating, and the BlackBraid Fur (which applies to elemental damage). My resistances are 78 Fire, 78 Lightning, 78 Cold, and 51 Chaos.

Despite these defenses, lightning damage seems to be bypassing my armor and resistances, resulting in instant death. This is a major issue, as the death penalty in POE2 makes it incredibly frustrating to lose progress due to seemingly random deaths.

I've invested significant time and effort into my character, and it's disheartening to be killed so easily by a damage type that I should be able to withstand.

I urge you to investigate this issue and implement a solution as soon as possible. It's crucial to ensure that all damage types are balanced and that players can rely on their defenses.
