PoE2 Proposal 1 - Equipable Skeletons
# 4K Proposal
![]() https://i.ibb.co/mhbDKvd/poe2-path-of-exile-2-proposal-1-equipable-skeletons.jpg -- Skeletons Summons Reviving Skeletons that can be equipped. Their Skills limits are shared among them and you. Their items have no Ally but Same Master Skeletons They cannot summon Skeletons. -- Gem Array Same Name Skills seen as a single one to support. Limit: 1 Skill Gem. Skeletal Ghost Skeletons have passability Skeletal Simulacrum Skeletons have your passive skills Giant’s Blood You can wield Two-Handed melee weapons in one hand. (...) Self-Giving "X while you have an Ally in your Presence" Converted to "Allies in your Presence have X" -- Explainer Fantasy: Character Swap (Portable D3 Armory), Equipable Skeletons Best attributes: Allies in your Presence, Enemies in your Presence, while you have an Ally in your Presence, Presence Radius All Skills available at Character Level 1: Every player, even casual, can enjoy any Skill at a power relative to its character level Character Swap: Top layer. Switch characters. Realtime in-combat class respecialization. Adaptative, Flexible, Versatile. Combos. Alternate between Chaos, Cold, Fire, Physical. Switch between armies of Warriors, Defenders, Archers, Rogues, Mages. Weapon Swap: No longer needed. Outshined by Character Swap, which is more scalable (but requires more gems / items) Skeletons: A single, unique Skill for all Skeletons. No more separate skills for Skeletons. Differentiation through itemization. Abilities previously unique to Skeletons become generic (Any class). Ex: Revive Ally (Skill Gem), Shocked Ground (Support Gem) Equipped: While any Skeletons Skill is equipped, Skeleton tabs appear in the Skills Panel and the Inventory Panels. Their selection is synchronized: Clicking on 2nd tab in the Skills Panel shows the 2nd tab in the Inventory Panel (and vice-versa). Skeleton tabs only apply to the upper part of the inventory. Inventory ministash is shared among these tabs. Items: Skeletons can equip any item. It refers to the Skeleton as its wearer (instead of player). Best affixes: Life, Armor, Presence Power Balance: Preserved: Skeletons have less base attributes than the player Skills: Skeletons use their Skills autonomously. The Stage of Detonating Arrow can be selected (Ex: Stage 1 to set gas on fire) No ally: Skeletons’ items convert the word "Allies" into "Same Master Skeletons" (Only your Skeletons). Power Balance vs Party Skills limits shared: Totem, Curse, Mark, Firestorm, Field, Bell, Spirits. At 10 Skeletons, limit is still N (shared among them & you) Cannot summon Skeletons: Avoids recursion. But they can summon other Minions like Bone constructs (shared limit applies) Skeletons vs Tabs: If 4 Skeletons, 3 tabs: 4th Skeleton is naked. If 2 Skeletons, 6 tabs: 1st Skeleton equips 1st tab, 2nd Skeleton equips 2nd tab, and nothing else happens. Modulo/Template strategy would be wrong as it would both allow to duplicate items for free, reduce build diversity and the need to chase more items to upgrade Skeletons, which is a core mechanic. Gem Unequip: Items are deposited in the stash, just like D3 Armory, otherwise in Inventory ministash, otherwise on ground Tabs: Free: 2 tabs. Paid: Additional tabs can be purchased through the shop Giant's Blood: Any Two-Handed Melee Weapon (2H Staves) can be equipped in 1 hand. Skeletal Simulacrum: Skeletons can benefit from Giant’s Blood (they become larger) Dual Scepter: Player can equip 2 One-Handed items of any type in any order. Ex: 2 Scepters, 2 Wands, 2 Shields, 1 Shield Main Hand + 1 Melee Weapon Off Hand. Gem Array: In the Skills Panel, if a Skill has N lines, then any Support Gem socketed in any of these lines applies to any of these lines. Max 1 Skill Gem. Have passability: Skeletons can pass through walls and overlap each other. Useful when using many Melee Skeletons Have your passive Skills: Skeletons duplicate all your Passive Skills. They refer to the Skeleton as their wearer (instead of player). "X while you have an Ally in your Presence" Converted to "Allies in your Presence have X": Use the Passive Skills: "Presence Present", "Attack Damage with nearby Ally" Passive: Mass Rejuvenation: Allies in your Presence Regenerate 1% of your Maximum Life per second. 10 Skeletons x 1% = 10% Passive: Hysteria: Allies in your Presence have 6% increased Attack Speed. 10 Skeletons x 6% = 60% Passive: Distracting Presence: Enemies in your Presence have 10% reduced Cooldown Recovery Rate. 10 Skeletons x 10% = 100% Passive: Presence Present: 35% increased Attack Damage while you have an Ally in your presence. Self-Giving Conversion: 10 Skeletons x 35% = 350% Passive: Attack Damage with nearby Ally: 16% increased Attack Damage while you have an Ally in your presence. Self-Giving Conversion: 10 Skeletons x 16% = 160% Passive: Attack Speed: 4% increased Attack Speed while a Rare or Unique Enemy is in your Presence Discipline: Emits an Aura that continuously inflicts Critical Weakness on enemies in your Presence. Malice: Emits an Aura that grants Allies in your Presence additional Total Energy Shield. The Aura does not affect you.
