door wont open in Trial of the Sekhemas

In the Trial of the Sekhemas trying to get the 4th ascendancy. Got into I believe a Guantlet room with levers to open doors. The door says I need to have a blue and a green, I have both and the door will not open. When I am closed behind 2 doors with no way out and have the other 2 levers showing blue and green the door I need to proceed will open. But you cannot get there at that time

Same issue. Two rooms from final boss. I am in a trial room where there are three levers that seem to be as puzzle to open the a room to the 4th lever. The doors dont seem to be responding correctly to the lights on the rooms. It seems like interacting with some levers turns both colors on or off at the some time, while others switch from between one off and one on. There seems to be no solution as the only options are pulling the levers in clockwise or counter-clockwise pattern to return to the needed room to get to the 4th lever. I can also clip through the door on the room with the 4th lever and pull the handle, then it sling=shots me back to outside the room and the lever is reset. I cannot proceed. Failed run.

This is not a bug. You're supposed to step on the ring and then go open the "blue/green" door. this will close the blue door behind you, but then you will be teleported back to the ring that you stepped on.
