Soul Core of Zantipi ot Working Properly?

Am I not understanding this correctly? I have 64 Int on character screen and the weapon requires 42 Int.

Im not sure why the image links are dead... Beast Batter Expert Cultist Greathammer with requirements of Lvl 78 169 Str and 42 Int after Soul Core application.

Passive tree says I need 62 more Inteligence required.

Giant's Blood keystone passive triples all weapon attribute requirements, not just the Strength requirements.

3 * 42 = 126
126 - 64 = 62
