To help early access progress, here is a bug report and a picture of a layer of water not "drained" in the Matlan Waterways level 61.

Same thing here.  ATTENTION/ADDITIONALLY: but in addition i discovered tat this is also visible not only on the dams in the middle of the Map but also slightly less apparent in the dams on the edge of the map.  |

I had the same bug: Bug Report ID: #1815530000
This happened to me because I saw a flooded entrance near the beginning that I could not reach initially. After reaching the first waypoint, I went back to the start to see if there was anything interesting. The drained area was just a dead end, but it had this graphical error at the end of it, next to another section that was not drained yet. |
