Anointed Neck, Disappeared and no ES

I just anointed my Everlast Gaze amulet with "Frazzle", and then upon exiting a map my amulet is gone and my character no longer has any ES...

I'm not sure if you already found the answer...
If you didn't, you'll likely find the amulet in the instill screen still.

So just pretend you are instilling something (right click on Distilled Ire in your inventory for example) and the amulet will still be in the instillation popup.

Simply drag it back into your inventory and you should be good to go.
