Changing Crossbow Crashes

Picked up a decent swap for my crossbow, dragged and dropped it into weapon set I (where current crossbow is), and unexpected disconnect occurs. I log back in, swap them again, same crash. I tried putting the new crossbow on weapon set II, no crash until I press X to weapon swap (crash).

This happened consistently about 6-7 times for the first version, I stopped playing with it re: the alternative weapon set attempt.

This can't be a common thing, but I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I'm doing gemling and I've got crossbow skills in all but one slot, including the +3 slots, so maybe the swap crash is due to unexpected skill swaps? Idk, but good luck.

Attached an image of the crossbows in question. I haven't tried it with other crossbows yet; will reply if it does it with all crossbows.

UPDATE: The weapon set swap isn't the issue, and I think I narrowed it down: tested it with a few crossbows, and the only time the issue sprung up is when the crossbow had +1 level to skills.
