4 Passive Points Bugged from 2 Quests

2 quests bugged... I am playing on PS5 and quest Local Knowledge (Cruel) and Traitor Passage (Cruel) are both bugged. please fix as 4 passive points are massive downgrade and unfair to not have. My In-Game name is _odDe.

for Traitor Passage, i killed the boss 20 million times and still doesn't drop the 2 passive points book. Servi still doesn't award me the 2 passive points for Local Knowledge quest. Can this be fixed? I am level 92 and I don't want to drop my character for this bug.
