The game crash due to Exception Code 0xc0000005

I have noticed that the game it is constantly crashing. I had a look on the event viewer and I found the following event log

I know that Exception code: 0xc0000005 can indicate some RAM memory errors, and I had to run memtest and I got the results but I don't know if it would be better to change the RAM memory or to block the specific PFN's since only in this game I encounter those crashes.

The exception code 0xc0000005, also known as an Access Violation, is a common error in Windows operating systems. It occurs when a program attempts to access a memory address that is not valid or is protected.

Why the game it is crashing due to those memory blocks, because it is the only game that seems to read a bad memory code.
