Hello GGG, I can't log in to my account and need help!!
GGG Hello, earlier my game account qualification was purchased through my friend, because I had no money during that time. My account sent an email on 28 December 2024 to tell me that the game was refunded, but I didn't do that. When I wanted to log in to the official website again to re-purchase the qualification, it prompted me that I need to log in to the account to contact your email address for this. I am very puzzled, but I tried to log in again and then it prompted me that my account was locked for 3600 seconds. I tried again, however, I waited for an hour and still couldn't, and I was very distressed about it, because this problem has been bothering me for two days, and I haven't played my poe2 game for two days. Even though I want to re-purchase the game, I can't log in to the official website, and I am distressed about why. I hope GGG can fix this soon. Unfortunately, if you have already sent an email you will need to wait for someone to get back to you. Support works 24/7 to answer support requests and will get back to you as soon as we are able to.

As per the recent announcement, we've had a massive amount of players logging into Path of Exile 2 since launch and unfortunately, such a huge influx of players also generates an enormous amount of support requests. Despite the Support teams best efforts, we're currently looking at turn around times that are much longer than expected on new emails, where we'd usually be aiming for responses within the same day, if not the same hour.
