Keystone "Necromantic Talisman" not working properly with unique amulets (Choir of the storm)

I've tried the keystone Necromantic Talisman with my minions and Choir of the storm amulet, but they are not triggering the lightning bolt skill on critical hit. Also i don't know if the lightning penetration the amulet provides is working either.


Necromantic Talisman:
- "All bonuses from an Equipped Amulet apply to your Minions instead of you"

Choir of the Storm Amulet:
- Grants Skill: Lightning bolt
- +# Dexterity
- +#% to Lightning Resistance
- Critical hits ignore enemy monster lightning resistance
- Trigger lightning bolt skill on critical hit
