PoE 2 EA Collection of Ideas - "Consume" Mechanic - Monster ailment immunity period is too long

Currently, monsters have a built-in ailment immunity period following the "consuming" of that ailment as the cost for a skill. This period appears to be 1 second, and it appears to be global rather than from the same source.

In other words, if a monster is ignited, then the ignite is consumed to feed a skill, that monster cannot be ignited again within 1 second.

Thoughts about this:

- The clear implication of this immunity is to greatly limit the potential of "consume"-based skills. As such, my initial impression is that it has been taken too far; 1 second is too long, and it renders consume-based skills of little use, exclusively because of this non-intuitive, artificial limit. My suggestion is a period 0.25 or 0.5 with the possibility of modifying this period through the skill tree or through item mods.

- Mechanics such as these should be clearly documented in relevant places; Perhaps this is documented somewhere, but I have not seen it anywhere in the help text for skills that use the "consume" mechanic. This is too important a factor to be kept hidden from the player base at large, when players are trying to make informed decisions about skill use.
