Decoration Piece not working & Coin refund for hideout please

I bought Divergence Curios but it says "Buy" still? Also I checked a Migrated list of items for POE1/POE2 and it's not showing up on account or in-game. I don't understand, please help sorry!

Also is this a heads up that if I buy a Hideout from POE1 (that the website says its migrated) I wont receive it?

I'm dumb dumb too, I saw that the decoration showed on list so I bought a Hideout that was also on the list (costed 310) but that hasn't loaded at all in the game??

I'm down 360 coins and can't use any of this stuff. Please help <3

Hideout still isn't showing.

Can I get refund on those two items please as they're not accessible.

Also these items are marked as migrated in the apparent API. On another website. Also the deco is in my inventory, available - just wont spawn.
