they released it to EA too fast. And cuz of that we have a tons of bugs / disbalanced features and etc. help.
Game is being sold, so hardly an EA. Got shipped without most of the promised content and with abysmal performance.
You don't go to a car dealership, pay, and got delivered raw materials, do you? Stop calling unfinished games early access for own sake.
True :(

My friend is playing with 4060 and he has same bad experience in poe2 with lags... I love Ali, but i had bad experience with my another 3070 :( So im buying all pc stuff at local shops with 1-3 year guarantee, but its 20-30% more expensive, however i dont mind about some troubles
thats why i said CPU and ram, i would not yet trust them with mobo and gpus, even monitors are ok tbh. also its not as risky as it used to be- they take their returns very seriously nowdays. i had a very good experience this time around, tbh better than amazon/new egg. does your friend have a newer CPU with that 4060? seems like even a second grade CPU will bottleneck top tier GPUs (at least what ive read on the forums so far)
I have a plan. The plan is as reliable as a Swiss watch. I will buy 4070 super, 2k monitor and my test my ryzen 5600x with this, i watched some videos and the difference between 5600x and 7500f (for expample) at 1080 was huge,like 20-30 fps, but at 2k this was around 5-10 fps. So if i see that 5600x sucks, i will try to overclock it. And if again some shit happends, i will change my config to am5 :D
Im afraid of bottleneck, yes, but i neet to test it before wasting 1-2k dollars :D
Btw i see now that my r5600x is bottlnecking at 1080 p, but 3070 is not for 2k, i think. So will see..

Find your
poe2_production_Config.ini
in "C:\Users\YourUsernameHere\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2" and open it with notepad.
Find the [SOUND] section and set
sound_effects_volume2=FALSE
"False" is important because it actualley disables those sounds instead of still playing them with a zero loudness.
It will leave boss audio and item filter sounds unaffected.
If you want to keep sound effects you might try to set
reverb_enabled2=false
instead of the method described above which can also help.

5800X3D and 4060 running at 1080p with DLSS and I drop to 30-40 fps sometimes too with everything but textures on low.
When I play with my 1 or 2 of my friends I sometimes drop in the 20-30fps range.
The game runs stable at 144fps with adaptive sync, but depending on the content it can become very unplayable.
The game definitely needs some optimization, I would love to know what kind of systems GGG used to test this game out before releasing or if they think 30fps is acceptable without high end systems.
I think they didnt tested this... they released it to EA too fast. And cuz of that we have a tons of bugs / disbalanced features and etc.
I just cant play normally, this fps drops are making me mad and i want to delete this game. Mb i buy 4070 super and check it on 2k res soon.. I hope this will help.
They have had 11 years of testing for the engine and I can tell you with confidence: it is what it is. This is now new, weird or unexpected, the second you have more than 3 goats on fire on your screen, it's -50% FPS.

They are also having issues. There's a higher chance of hell freezing over than there is that this single person is the only one out of a million to not have FPS drops. They are just not being honest about it.

lol if you are not 1337 gamer needing 240fps i can see some configs sit comfy at 60fps all day long man, why are you so upset?
There is no way in hell that a 3060 Ti will manage a steady 60 FPS, no matter the resolution. It's just being disingenuous for the sake of it. Some people think this type of trolling is funny.
