Looted a Perfect Jeweller's Orb that poofed - Bug Report ID: #93514737

I was in a T11 Blooming Fields map, a Perfect Jeweller's Orb dropped, I picked it up and when I went back to my hideout to use it, it was nowhere to be found. I checked every tab, every vendor in my hideout, went back into the map and searched the area several times. It just poofed from my inventory!
