Minion Respawn Rate

Hi everyone, I wanted to see if there is a cap on the minion respawn rate?

I have 90% faster minion respawn rate which should make them respawn in 1s but it says 4s when they die.

I got The Necromantle bone raiment which gives 50% faster revive.

I also put points on Restless Dead which gives 25% faster revive and Living Death which gives 15% faster revive.

I think you misunderstand how revive rate works.

If, for example, you have 100% increased revive rate, that means it is double as fast. So it takes half the time. I am not sure but I think the base time is 6 seconds or something like this. So 100% increased revive rate would be 3 seconds.

Like with driving a car. Lets say a distance 100 km at 100 km/h takes you 1 hour. Driven +100% as fast, so 200 km/h takes you 30 minutes. That is the way these rates are calculated in PoE.
