Stuck in venom crypt

So ive made a similar post on a the caravan. my first wytch has be locked in venom crypts for like a week now and my newest wytch just entered the venom crypts and now i can no longer fully log into my chracters. my first wytch was able to do the entire map before trying leave and it wouldnt let me outa the load screen so i logged out and retried and it would not let me load in. my newest wytch just went into the crypt today and the screen glitched my game crashed and now im stuck at the loading screen on this wytch 2.
