The Soul Springs Eternal

So I tested respecing my monk and noticed when i take off the point from the node "The Soul Springs Eternal" from my monk wich says "meta skills GAIN 35% more energy" it did nothing to my gems, i have both elemental invocation and CoF, it didnt change their maximum energy, it didnt change the energy gain modifier, is this a bug on the text or does it affect my character and makes me waste point in a useless node?

I noticed this as well, and it's extremely frustrating. I suspected meta skills weren't actually nerfed per say, they were just reduced on other classes because of this ascendancy.. so I was going to make my spell caster on invoker instead. However, when I finally got it leveled up it wasn't affecting the energy gained at all, and that just feels so bad... please fix.

Just in case someone else like me googles and finds this Thread:

I just tested it and it works, i used a low lv cast on Freeze with comet. You get 10 energy per freeze per enemy power. I tested in on a unique monster which has fix 20 power. The cast on freeze had 37% increased energy gain from level.

So 13.7 energy x 20 = 274 energy, comet requires 300, therefore 91% of the buff was filled and it didnt procc.

I ported to town and skilled the node for 35% MORE energy gain.

I repeated the process and the cast on freeze procced the comet on the first freeze on the boss.

That is all the proof needed to know that its just a tooltip bug.
