Bosses don't drop loot

There have been multiple times where the boss will NOT drop loot. Other bosses will drop maps, and gear, but these bosses drop nothing...

T15 Map
Bog Map (amongst other maps)

Issue: No Loot dropped by boss.

Before anyone asks, I did press 'ALT' just to make sure if the loot dropped fell under the loot filter threshold. Nothing was Identified, nothing dropped.

Sulphuric Caverns.

- 5x Blue gear and a level 18 'Uncut Skill Gem'

It dropped loot, so no drop issues here.

Why the fuck is a level T16 boss dropping 5x Blue gear and an 'Uncut Skill Gem'?

Boss just die and dont drop anything, im also press ALT, but no, just no loot.

Crimson Shores, nothing dropped at all from boss.

Just happened again to me, on Crimson Shores

Same problem here, I've done two Crimson Shores now with Rattlecage, The Earthbreaker, no loot any of the times. I've alos made my own thread around this when I thought it was bound to Rattlecage only.

It for sure is some kind of bug. When it happens the so called "guaranteed droppers" (last rare and boss) drop nothing.

SOLUTION:
If you get this problem exit to login screen and choose a different server. Doing this will forcefully refresh all the instances you were in somehow getting rid of the problem.
