Same problem here 0 monster left but can't interact with this one. Killed all no altars??

+1. Same happened for me - on a map with underground monsters (leaping sand snakes) and some obstacles/mini-mountains around. map says 0 monsters left, still cant start ritual.

Same thing happened to me. Got rid of all the worms here.

And again, 2nd time today. 2 of 4 rituals dont work. 0 monsters remaining. Here goes trying to give sth other than Breach a chance.
