Hexblast + Cursed Ground Bug
If you Hexblast a monster who had a curse from Cursed Ground, the mob doesn't get re-cursed if it remains within the area HOWEVER if the mobs walks out of the area and then walks back in it will get cursed again.
This feels like one or other is bugged, either the mob should get re-cursed immediately if it doesn't leave the area, or the mob shouldn't get its curse reapplied if it walks back in. I am of course hoping it's the "not immediately reapplying the curse" part that's bugged, so Cursed Ground can work like Blasphemy does. That's how it's been working since PoE1. Currently intended.

Well, if it's intended, they should change the phrasing on Cursed Ground to not imply that it works like shocked/burning ground ("while within it")
