Bug on the quest Ancient Vows in Valley of the Titans.

So I've watched videos and seen images on how to complete this quest because I thought I was going absolutely mad. I couldn't place my either of the quest items into the medallion. The logo for the medallion would only be up if I had my mouse hovering over it, which meant that when I went to click and drag the quest items onto the medallion, my mouse would come off of the medallion and the UI for the medallion would disappear, meaning I wouldn't be able to place them anymore. I logged out multiple times, restarted my game multiple times and nothing, couldn't for the life of my figure it out. Then randomly on what seemed like the tenth try, the UI stayed open for some unknown reason to me and I could place the items into it completing the quest. Putting this out there in the hopes that if someone has the same issues they will see this, as well as the possibility of a GM if possible.
