Lost Early Access in PoE2 – Will Buying on Xbox Fix It?

I have Path of Exile 2 in my Steam library because I bought the key from a third-party seller like Kinguin. As many know, these key resellers often cause issues, and now I've lost my Early Access privileges, even though the launcher is still installed.
My question: If I buy the game again on Xbox-Store for Xbox, will it reactivate my access so I can play on both PC and Xbox? Last bumped on Dec 30, 2024, 12:15:41 PM

I'm afraid that early access supporter packs work differently between PC and console. They are platform-locked. As such, purchasing an Xbox early access supporter pack for your linked Path of Exile account through the Microsoft/Xbox store will allow you to play on Xbox, but may not count as eligible to participate in Early Access on PC again.
To regain early access for PC, you must purchase an early access supporter pack on a PC storefront with your Path of Exile account, or receive another Early Access key from another player. Rest assured that your in-game progress such as your characters, items, and microtransactions should remain where they are. I apologise for any inconvenience. Was the key invalid, revoked, or simply not eligible for Early Access? Also, when you mention getting another Early Access key from another player, how would that work? " The key was disabled / deactivated / revoked / whatevs due to a chargeback. " If you already have access and buy a supporter pack containing PoE 2 Early Access, you get given a key you can share with a friend. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I am unable to speculate on why your early access key was revoked. Path of Exile 2 Early Access keys are only sold as part of an early access supporter pack.
Players who are feeling generous and purchase multiple supporter packs after already having access will receive more early access keys they can gift as they please. just to make sure i'm not doing anything wrong: if i buy the following in steam: “Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter” for 27,75€ will i get access again?

Dont waste your money buying it on console, they dont even reply in the console thread on here at all, we are second class citizens to them.
We have no loot filter, optimization is in the toilet and trading is an absolute chore |
