Enemy HP bars need to show all the time!

Hp bars for enemies need to show all the time not just once u have damaged them. i cant count the amount of times iv adopted a pet mob and had them follow me around the map with out me knowing, because one i cant see them 2 my actual pet is covering it. or 3 because im blind.

either way mobs need to show there hp bar all the time, thats kinda the reason i put the setting on in the 1st place!"
