[POE2] Ancient Vow Relic Quest Item deleted

I dropped the Kabala Clan Relic in Keth in Cruel Act 2 and received the Ancient Vows Questline. When I clicked the Pin Icon to the right of the Quest, it opened the World Screen and showed Normal Act 2, where I also haven't completed the Quest. I teleported to the Valley of Titans in Normal Act 2 and tried placing the Relic there, but it didn't work. I accidentally clicked the floor while I was trying to place the Relic, and it got deleted without any warning message. Now the Questline on my Character in Cruel Act 2 is stuck on 'Insert the Kabala Clan Relic', even though I don't have it anymore and it won't drop in Cruel Act 2 Keth either. I've checked my inventory and my stash, and I was able to complete the Quest in Normal Act 2 just fine after dropping it in Keth there, but I'm really not sure what went wrong in Cruel. Please Help and Fix, would really appreciate it!
