Soul Core of Atmohua not working

I have 294 Strength with no equipments.
This helmet should give me at least 56 strength (29 from equipment + 27 from soul core), but my strength was 328 after equiping (34 more than before).
This also happened with othr equipments

Looks like the OP was converting the requirement from 100% strength to 80% strength, 20% strength--so no change.

It reads like it's not saying it grants 20% of the requirement as strength, but that it will convert one requirement into another requirement. If the Soul Core of Cholotl were used instead, the requirements for the helmet would be something like 112 STR, 28 DEX.

*Note, I haven't used these items, but this is how it reads as.
