Why did the Trialmaster time one shot mech sudden become like 3 times faster then other runs?

I was doing the Trial master boss and everything was going fine and dandy until I hit the time stop 1 shot mech. I had a good spawn for the hourglasses and they were clumped, but I couldn't even get 3 of them before it finished unlike other time where even terrible spawns I could grab all of them. I didnt change anything, it just was impossibly fast.

Any ideas why this happened, or is that something wrong on the game end?
