I can't log into my account! and I can't enter the game!

The account is new, I've been playing for about a week!

I've been playing for a week and the last time I was there was two days ago! and since then I can't log into my account normally :(:(:( the game is wonderful, it sucked me in!
I paid for the original product key! and activated the game on Steam! I want to log in normally, but I can't!

I can't log into the game normally, I don't know what's going on! I've completed 3 acts with this character! and I was high in the first act!

The problem is that when I'm in the main menu, I can't log into the game, because it keeps telling me that I have to buy a key!
