Jamanra, The Risen King does not fly away

Low priority bug.

On cruel difficulty Jamanra, the Risen King in the Halani Gates did not fly away and no loot was dropped. The quest still completed and he is showing as defeated on the map.

His life bar is still on the screen and he is just floating there invulnerable to any attack.
