Last 2 boss skill points are bugged (not arbiter points)

I have 6 boss skill points and have killed multiple bosses in level 79, 80, 81, and 82 maps. I also have the 2 skill points from arbiter of ash. No matter how many bosses I kill in these high level zones I cannot get my last skill book. GGG please fix this bug!

Edit: I tought I got this bug too, but you just have to complete que quest talking to the npc so he will give you the last boss points book.

I cannot get the skill book from lv 81 bosses.
I tried two times but got nothing.

I think it happened to me because I completed a L82 boss map before I did a L81 boss. The Tier 3 book that gives the points dropped from the L82 boss. Now no matter what level boss I kill it won't drop the book.

Edit: just ran another map 82 and it worked for whatever reason pog
