"Map failed" status after completing a Citadel

I completed the Stone Citadel yesterday, took the key piece and made sure that it read "map completed" on the upper right. Today, when I want to continuing on the next node, I can't because the Stone Citadel node that I cleared yesterday has "map failed" label.

same here , cleared all, killed the boss map says completed all ok and next day i log it says failed, looking for the answer for this all the time
